Our story

Built on care, history, and neighborly connection.

The Hacienda Park is a family-owned community built in 1963 by the present owners’ parents and grandparents on the site of an orange ranch in Placentia, California.

Today, the property is known for its beautiful grounds, lovely gardens, large trees, and flowering shrubs. The Heritage House, dating back to 1919, is available by reservation for resident social events and meetings.

The current owners, Jeanie Ranney and her daughter Lisa, are on site Monday through Friday and welcome the opportunity to meet you.
