Please contact Park Management for a residency application packet. Hacienda Mobilehome Park is designated as a 55+ community.
All prospective residents must be approved for residency prior to completion of home purchase.
Space rent includes trash and sewer services. Utilities — electricity, gas, and water — are master-metered and each space is billed separately on monthly rent statements based on actual usage.
Requirements for Residency
AGE
- One resident occupying each home must be 55 years of age or older;
- All others must be 45 years of age or older.
OWNERSHIP
- An age-qualifying resident must own his home;
- His or her name must be on the registration with the Housing and Community Development Department (HCD).
FINANCIAL
The applicant for residency must have:
- A documented income of three (3) times the space rent;
- A credit score (FICO) of 650 or better.
